WEEE & RoHS Directives

Company Statement on the RoHS and WEEE Directives Elmdene International Ltd is committed to comply with the WEEE (2002/96/EC) and RoHS (2002/95/EC) Directives.

A plan has been established in line with guidance on implementation requirements and timescales as issued by EU and UK Government. Products have been marked in accordance with the WEEE requirements since August 2005. Evaluation studies of our products for RoHS compliance are well established and we are working with our suppliers to realise compliance by the due dates.

Elmdene has been registered with the Environment Agency as of March 2007
