Elmdene currently prohibits the unauthorized sale and export of its products and services to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimean region of Ukraine. Elmdene's products and services may not be exported or reexported to any individual or entity on a prohibited party list maintained by the U.S. government, including those listed on the U.S. Treasury Department's List of Specially Designated Nationals, the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Person's List and Entity List, without appropriate authorization by the U.S. government.
